We are proud to honor leaders who are dedicated to addressing the ongoing fight against opioid overdose deaths and the fentanyl crisis during our Third Annual DC Humanitarian Reception on June 6, 2023.

It takes EACH OF US to make a difference for ALL of us!

Tackling opioid-related drug abuse and the national overdose epidemic requires an all-hands-on-deck approach. MAPDA is a nationally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization focused on policy advocacy, OUD prevention education, and opioid awareness communication programs.

We believe OUD and SUD are diseases, and should be treated that way - with the same care as any other disease. There is no shame or stigma in seeking treatment and counseling.

We advocate for sound national and state-level policies that reflect our core beliefs and mission.

Subscribe to MAPDA's quarterly e-Newsletter and join the fight!
